To Iraq Town Hall organizers:
If you are in the process of organizing an event, either in April or May, and need some posting/emailing support, or a list of speakers, pls contact me. I work for Democrats.com and can advise you if you've never organized an event before.
When you do post your event it's important to list your congressional district number, besides just a town or city. It makes our job easier in locating your event within our system.
In order to post or email folks in your district, in many cases I will need to go into the system to make the necessary changes. So if you're having difficulty in either posting or emailing others, pls contact me ASAP.
If you posted a preliminary message without the date and venue, you can now go back and edit your original message or post a new one with the specific details of the event. We won't know that a real event is taking place unless you tell us!!
