Does Bush STILL Believe Saddam Had WMD's?

According to Robert Draper's new biography Dead Certain, Bush still believed Saddam had WMD's in April 2006 - 3 full years after the invasion (h/t Amanda):
Though it was not the sort of thing one could say publicly anymore, the president still believed that Saddam had possessed weapons of mass destruction. He repeated this conviction to Andy Card all the way up until Card’s departure in April 2006, almost exactly three years after the Coalition had begun its fruitless search for WMDs. [p. 388]
Of course our inspectors found nothing and concluded Saddam had nothing. And CIA Director George Tenet told Bush Saddam had no WMD's on 9/18/02, after Saddam's foreign minister, Naji Sabri, became a U.S. spy.
In fact the CIA knew Saddam had nothing as far back as 1995, when Saddam's son-in-law, Gen. Hussein Kamel, defected from Iraq and told UNSCOM:
"I ordered destruction of all chemical weapons. All weapons - biological, chemical, missile, nuclear were destroyed"
So I dare the Washington Press Corpse to ask Bush (or his spokesperson du jour) this question:
Does George Bush still believe Saddam Hussein had WMD's before Bush invaded Iraq in 2003?
Update 1: Of course Bush has said many things that are even crazier, like on July 14, 2003 when he told reporters Saddam "wouldn't let them in," referring to U.N. weapons inspectors who examined Iraq with a fine-toothed comb. And on December 1, 2003, Bush told a NJ fundraiser he "eliminated Weapons of Mass Destruction from Iraq" - those very weapons that didn't exist but he said did exist in April 2006. Shouldn't we invoke the 25th Amendment and declare Bush insane - and therefore "unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office"?

Bush is going to stick to his story
I truly believe that Bush is convinced that God has spoken to him and ordered him to carry on in the Middle East. We all need to understand that Bush is a very sick man. He will never admit that Iraq had nothing to do with 9/11.
Now he has his eyes looking to Iran. The Democrats must stop the funding and begin now drawing down the troops. If they do not stand up to Bush right now on this latest request for $200B they stand to lose in 2008.
The people have spoken and the Democrats are armed with enough information on Bush and Cheney and the lies that were told to say NO!
