We, I believe, a majority in WV District 2, have no representation. How many of us make more than; 50,000 a year; 100,000 a year; 250,000 a year? I exist on SS at less than 16,000 a year! I still pay 99% of my bills on time. What happened to the other 1% you ask? They just don't get paid on time!
How much does S. M. Capito make? Enough to pay the rest of my bills on time and still have enough left to pay a thousand other peoples bills too! She is the daughter of a convicted felon, remember? How is she still in office? MONEY! Does money represent the poor? Duh
