Second, I'm starting an impeachment committee for CA-07. Let's back Representative Miller by taking out Cheney and his human shield, Bush.
Impeachment is justified, and necessary, on the basis of at least three constitutional violations: first, violation of the 4th Amendment protection against illegal search and seizure; second, illegal suspension of the writ of habeas corpus; third, illegal prosecution of a war never formally declared by Congress, and for over the two year limit prescribed in the Constitution.
